Our e-sports athletes maintain a healthy active physical lifestyle alongside their e-sports career. 

 

Our e-sports coaches encourage a healthy life balance. For example, spending the same amount of time on MMORPGs as they do at their local fitness gym or outdoor physical sports. We have social groups for these events.

 

We don't encourage excessive screen time especially in isolation, and we remind any prejudiced non-gamer visitors that social media addiction (cyberstalking), real world casino addiction, drunken troublemaking at football stadium weekend nights, habitual smoking & drinking to excess are even worse lifestyle choices than a casual hour of MMORPG gaming at home in a community team. Due to the nature of MMORPG gameplay, intoxication goes against progress because a typical e-sports hobbyist needs to be sober to effectively keep track of boss mechanics, quest scenario strategies, and maintain focus within a team in the context of teamwork based raiding or open-world coordination.

 

The purpose of learning groups is to help casual gamers progress effectively, thus reducing any extra frustrating time spent stuck in front of the PC/console. Our younger members in general are highly functional and productive members of society who have a healthy supportive social network and life balance, many of them work a part-time job along side their academic studies. They typically are at home on the PC/console spending time in community teams attending evening learning groups after work/sports in the weekend instead of making trouble at stadiums/rave party places.

We don't welcome prejudiced non-gamer visitors who assume all e-sports community members are addicted or dysfunctional then try to disrupt the support channels. If you believe you have been unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal to the team that has reported you.

 

We will continue to advocate against anymore prejudice on casual e-sports members and we will continue to report incidents to moderators.
